“Formazione-Intervento®” is a process that enables a person or a group to enact a change for themselves, for an organization, for a community, and to take this opportunity as a learning process too. Consequently, it also becomes a method for learning new knowledge. In both cases, as a changing and learning method, it helps people develop new skills and a greater awareness of their own learning style. It could also be used to adapt the learning system of individuals, of organizations (as a sum of individuals in different roles) and of regions (as a sum of individuals in the organizations). “Formazione-Intervento” is a methodology that has been and continues to be used for the improvement of organizations. It is based on the central importance of every individual in an organization; it therefore strives to create working conditions that reflect this principle, and to create processes of change and learning processes congruent with this idea. In terms of the organizational solutions which it aims to achieve, it aspires to create conditions that allow people at every level of the organization to express innovating abilities, and not just those connected to managing routine. As for organizational change processes, it aims to create conditions that enable all actors within the internal structure and the context of reference to participate in redefining working conditions, and in designing improvements. It is thus possible to activate a “Formazione-Intervento” process to implement a project for organizational change, technological innovation or social research.
